Founded in 1996 by Jeff Rubin, Syracuse, NY based Internet Consulting Services, Inc. has spent the past 12 years providing clients with innovative technological solutions for their web needs. Since its founding, ICS has pioneered technologies in web design, content management systems, e-commerce solutions, and many other areas. ICS key technology is SIDEARM (Sports Information Distribution Engine with Archives and Records Management) is a web-based content management solution that includes everything from press release and roster management, dynamic scoreboards, sponsorship recognition, interactive polls, SIDEARM STATS (live in-game statistics), streaming audio and video, and newsletter and recruiting components.

ICS has a client list that includes over 170 athletic clients from around the country including Cornell University, Davidson College, Drexel University, Eastern Michigan University, Eastern Illinois University, the University of Hawai'i, Syracuse University and many other NCAA DI, DII, DIII, NAIA, NJCAA and collegiate conferences. ICS has a staff of approximately a dozen developers who possess a variety of expertise in graphic design, database management, information security management, web-based user interface design, and e-commerce business transaction management.

Three New Components Highlight Slated Summer Release of New SIDEARM Features

ICS has announced it has many new enhancements slated for 2008-09 year adding to the already robust capabilities of its SIDEARM solution for athletic websites. Among the new features being released to current users of its latest SIDEARMv2.0 are self-service splash pages, mobile updating and in-progress scoring. The following features along with many other new features will be released at the upcoming NACDA, ECAC-SIDA and CoSIDA conventions.
