ICS has helped the ESPN the Magazine Academic All-America® program evolve from a program reliant on faxes and snail mail to an online system which allows nominating and balloting to be run much more smoothly and efficiently.  The backbone of this system has been the prompt and thorough technical support provided by Jeff, Mark and the ICS staff.  The feedback from CoSIDA members has been overwhelmingly positive, and that is a direct tribute to ICS.
