1. Techincal Support Summer Internship

SIDEARM Support Summer Internship

SIDEARM Sports is looking for technical support summer interns. We’re looking for someone who understands collegiate athletics, has excellent comunication skills and understands information technology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Telephone Support of SIDEARM software products
• Virtual Training of SIDEARM software products
• Communicate to customers the steps necessary to maintain and update SIDEARM software products
• Assist in documentation of SIDEARM software product knowledge base and online manual
• Assist in testing new releases of SIDEARM software products
• Any other duties and/or responsibilities as may be assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Self-Motivated
• Excellent people skills
• Well spoken
• Positive attitude
• Understanding of Web-Based Internet Applications
• Understanding of Athletic Communications and Athletic Department Operations (a plus)
